We passed an excellent four days resting at Baikal. The Maximov family is very friendly and hospitable, and extremely knowledgeable about the lake and the beautiful surrounding landscape. Well worth the visit. And don't miss the banya!

Une bonne adresse sur le bord du Lac Baikal dans une jolie Dacha situee dans un petit village authentique. Excellent accueil de la famille Maximov. Le laboratoire de micro biologie du Lac Baikal est ici une entreprise familiale et grace a Viacheslav vous apprendrez tous sur la vie du Lac, sa flore , sa faune. En plus la cuisine est excellente et le banya du soir (sauna) tres relaxant apres les splendides marches autour du lac/ ou la decouverte en bateau des cotes spectaculaires.

Ihnen sehr dankbar, dass ich bei Ihnen in so guten Händen war! Es war für
mich sehr schön!
Leider vergingen die Tage am Baikal viel zu schnell und ich habe vor, noch
einmal wieder zu kommen...!
