Russian State Musical Center of TV and broadcasting

        In a structure of musical broadcasting, and then the TV broadcasting such outstanding musical collectives as State academic choir named after A.V. Sveshnikov, State academic symphonic orchestra, Large symphonic orchestra named after P.I. Tchaikovsky have springed up, developed, and then became independent.

       After reorganization of the company "Ostankino" by the Decree of the President of Russia from 6.10.1995 and creation on its base independent broadcasting organizations, the musical collectives and number of other creative-industrial departments were joint in a new structure - RSMC, established by Federal service of Russia on television and broadcasting as state institution on May 17, 1996.
