The Last Testament Church is a Brotherhood of men who are believing that The Heavenly Father is appealing now to Human race by His Word Alive of Vissarion, with His Last Testament determining principal conditions and ways of the Humankind transition onto the new stage of its development, and it is also a Brotherhood of men who have perceived this Testament and are striving to fulfil it in their lives.
Our Church is a Church of God Alive for we believe that our Father on Heaven is a natural reality and not a dead principle according to which the Universe lives.
Our Church is a Church of the Unifying Faith non-rejecting but absorbing in itself all the religions seeing the true value of each of them.
Our Church is a Church of the Creating Word for we reunite in aspiration to glorify the Creator not so much by the sounding words as by the creations done with the help of our hearts and hands for good of our neighbours and Mother-Earth.
Our Church is a Church of the Future for we are guided by the new spiritual knowledge calling to become the conceptual foundation of the New Era of Humanity, the Era of Flowering of the Soul.
FOUNDATIONS OF THE UNIFYING FAITH TEACHING
The Universe has been created according to the Will of the Great Creative Source - The Unifying or as He is named in different traditions -God-Father, the Absolute, the Highest, the Supreme Universal Mind. He exists in the area of the most subtle fields and energies, penetrating all the Universe, knows about everything and brings the World to a certain harmony, establishing the universal Regulations and Laws of this Universe. Everything existing in the Universe is one or another manifestation of fields of different quality and information capacity.
These fields and energies, in their turn, represent themselves to one or another degree the condensed and transformed energies of The Unifying as if torn away from Himself in order to create Substance, as we traditionally understand it, consists of the maximum condensed energy clots of The Unifying (the elementary particles, of which the atoms consist/are made). The energy by means of which The Unifying creates the forms, transforms, and feeds or destroys them is called the Spirit of Life, or 'Ch'i' in China, and 'Prana' in India.
There is a Great Harmony in the Universe, where everything is regulated and develops on the basis of the Supreme Mind. Nothing happens in the Universe casually. Any manifestation is a result of a plenty of causal and consequential relationships and the regulating impacts of The Unifying.
The Universe is developing on the basis of the Law of Expediency in accordance with which everything alive in its manifestation takes care first of all of itself and for all that is striving to interfere with others as little as possible, and as far as possible to assist them (mutually beneficial co-operation).
The 'Boomerang' Law (i.e. the Karma Law) is a representation of the Expediency Law. Because 'All guided by You into the World will come back to You without fail but multiplied'. By that the Universe will respond to Your activity. It will give the blessings for Your good deeds or will suppress Your activity by negative impact, because of its harmful action on other Members of the Commonwealth. The basis of the Universe evolution is in that.
The extreme manifestation of the Expediency Law is a rule announcing: "If the lesser part disturbs or threatens the greater part, it is liable to destruction for good of a greater one".
Within the limits of Harmony of the Material Universe a great number of Civilisations, or manifestations of the Universe Mobile Mind came into existence. But as all of them are developing only on the basis of reasonable logic manifestations there are no such notions as mercy, compassion, disinterested aid and self-sacrifice, and Love in the Universe now.
The Harmony exists, however, it is cold and rigid to us, people. And it is not casual because a Man connected with a rise of a New Creative Source in the Universe, namely its qualitatively new state, God-the-Son.
On the universal scale the Birth of His Radiant Being happened with the Earth, comparatively recently. By merging of energies of the Spirit of Life of The Unifying God and the energies of the Earth planet, which is living and to a certain extent, a reasoning being; a synthesis of the field energy with new and more subtle and unusual to the Universe characteristics has taken place. And the main thing is that the born Son has taken into Himself all the properties of the Creator, His Father, and for all that a faculty to create not on the basis of a cold Mind, but on the basis of Love, i.e. delicate and loving relation to everything that surrounds You, in an aspiration to warm everything, to defend, to make more beautiful irrespective of what the surrounding environment bring to You, and without meditating whether there will be good for Your good, was added.
So a qualitatively new state of the Universe, namely - Spiritual one, which, from the blessing of The Unifying, must in constant development fill all the Universe bringing a New Harmony of the Mind and Love union - was born and is existing for the time being only with the Earth.
In order to show His worth in the Universe and to create and strengthen His Power God-the-Son was in need of the helpers. And for this purpose people have been created. The Unifying on the basis of a young civilisation which existed on the Earth in the past prepared the fleshes with required properties. And into these fleshes consisting of a dense body, energetic bodies and mind God-the-Son began to put the particles of His unique Spiritual Tissue for growth.
For every man his individuality, predestination or a program of his individual growth was written on his indestructible supersubtle Spiritual Tissue and in the same place the memory of the lasting life, transformed into particular properties of the creation, began to be saved. That is the living Soul itself, or a Man himself because the flesh after its wear can be replaced by a new one, being an instrument for Soul's development. But the Soul keeps its individuality even after its death, for a spiritual tissue, by predestination, must unboundly growing, fill all the Universe. The Soul, therefore, can exist eternally.
Thus, two great origins are laid in a Man. His flesh grows according to the laws of the Natural Universe of The Unifying, his Soul - according to a new law, the law of the Spiritual Universe of God-the Son.
God-the-Son represents that Great Origin that gave birth to mankind and is extremely interested in its existence. Patiently He is leading us along a new, nobody passed by, Path in the Universe. Just He is our Heavenly Father.
At present teaching of a Man as a helper to his Great Father takes place. A principal task here is to form in oneself an ability for steady controlling one's flesh (physical body, emotions, and mind) in the process of creation for good of the surrounding environment, filling one's labour with love, good, mercy and compassion and creative work.. And to learn how not to accept a negative attitude to the surrounding environment whatsoever the suffer their manifestations may cause to You. The Humanity must become absolutely harmless. Only then it may be allowed to the next stage of its development - the stage of creation of Love, Good and Beauty in the Universe.
The Spiritual Tissue Development is founded on the Law of the Return. The Soul grows and gets stronger, acquires the necessary properties, when a man returns his soul warmth to people, to surrounding World through the deeds of his hands. It is necessary to learn to give back one's warmth and good even to those who bring the aggression, suffering, destruction to You. The principal form of the spiritual development is life, itself, in complex manifestations of which a Man gets the lessons and the trials forming special properties of his Soul. But it is important to know the fundamentals of our development, otherwise no good might come of these lessons. And incorrectly undergone trials lead to degradation, dirt and loss of the Soul unique properties. By the severe law of the Material Universe doing harm to the surrounding World a Man and the Humanity as a whole switch on the mechanism of self-destruction.
Nowadays a complex and crucial process of the Humanity transition to a new qualitative state started on the Earth. People will have to understand the rules of their development in the Universe, to be in harmony with it on the basis of the Soul flowering and achievement of the absolute harmlessness.
Those who have retained, themselves, even the slightest manifestations of aggression towards the surrounding World will have to finish their existence as a result of a heavy impact of the Earth and of the Universe.
The rules and terms of this transition as well as the spiritual forces for its adequate overcoming are given now by the Heavenly Father to His children by His Living Word, a specially selected flesh-that is The Conductor of The Holy Spirit and the Great Wisdom of The Creator. The new holy name of the Teacher of Love is Vissarion which means in the language of the Universe-'Giving the Life'. His Teaching is called upon to unite all the Religions and spiritual teachings into One Universal Religion, the Religion of the All-Unification, the Religion of the Unifying Faith, to form a conception of world of people of the New Era, Era of Love, Truth and Light to lay down the foundations of the spiritual and cultural unification of them into Single People on Earth and to outline its ways of development in the Universe.
Thus the world outlook, forming nowadays in a great number of people on the basis of Vissarion's Teaching has a powerful ideological content, lays down high moral foundations of a practical life and a man's activity, shows the mankind ways out of a dangerous crisis and in this connection is an invaluable property of the whole mankind which is to be widely and quickly developed and spread not only in Russia but all over the world, as well.
The Sacred Circle is the basic rite of a mutual ecclesiastical creative work of the Unifying Faith adepts.
Gathering together in a certain for all the Community time, people stand in the Circle, join their hands and hearts and together, in one common burst of spirit reunite with their Great Father by their love; make themselves filled up from Him by the Power of the Holy Spirit and guide Light and Love of their hearts onto the Mother-Earth, clearing It from a dirt of emotions and of thinking, curing Its wounds inflicted by men; on their brothers and sisters, purifying and awaking up their souls, rendering assistance to those who need help in spirit. Special attention is given to the crisis planet regions where the wars are being fought, where the natural calamities occur, where the people's and Earth's suffering is great. At the end of the sacrament the hearts of the reunited ones rush anew to the Heavenly Father, in a palpitating worship of His Great Glory and in a gratitude for an opportunity to live on the Earth and to create Good and Love together with Him, to bring the Light, joy and Beauty to world through the deeds of their hands.
During the sacrament, as a rule, music sounds quiet and someone of brothers guides a current of imagination of the reunited ones along a common channel by the short arbitrary phrases.
One of the most important tasks of a person perceiving Faith is to transform any deed that he undertake to do into a Sacrament of Good and Beauty Creation, to fill every instant, as one would think, of the everyday routine life with the effusion of Warmth and Light from one's Soul, with the beautiful fruits of one's fantasy and imagination with dream and tale, or with a sincere spiritual intercourse with everything that Your hands touch this moment.
A believer proceeds from the fact that all the surroundings are alive. This is why, for example harvesting in our kitchen-garden, we address to Mother-Earth with our thanks as It gives us what we need, we ask It to tear away Its fruits, painlessly, we promise It to fill up the lost by our labour for good of all the surroundings.
Introducing proper order in our dwelling, we whitewash together with dirt and dust all the thinking and affective filth that was involuntarily expressed by us or by the surrounding people. We decorate our room mentally with a fragrant flowers, we fill it with the freshness of the morning forest and of the heavenly spheres music, we defend it against the intervention of the Darkness forces by the help of the sacred symbols.
Working with a plane, we thank the wood which gave us this warm and fine material, we try to conceive its character, talk with it, we dream how the stick or the stool manufactered by us will bring to people not only the use but also the joy, issued from Beauty, bring the warmth of our soul to all who will touch our work.
Thus, step by step during the whole day we learn to Create not only a material welfare but mainly to be the creators of good and Love, Light and Beauty in our deeds.
The Sacrament of the religious wedding is one of the most important Unifying Faith sacraments. Its main essence consists in acceptance of the responsibility to God for his(her) chosen one in the mutual motion along the Faith Path. During this sacrament the couple to be born is granted a special power and special opportunity to be united, to understand and to take the chosen one feels his(her) hesitation to reach a harmony of spiritual and natural reunification and to stand adequately any adversities which may come across. It is a priest who conducts the rite of the marriage ceremony or, in special cases, it is Teacher, Vissarion.
During the marriage ceremony a priest addresses to newly-married couple with a mention of significance and the essence of the forthcoming sacrament. Then he asks to the bridegroom and the bride whether they are ready to take upon themselves the responsibility to god for his(her) chosen one. After that he fastens together the newly-married couple hands by the sign of the cross and blesses to the family creation.
The essence of the blessing sacrament is a solicitation and acceptance of the spiritual forces for that or another deed, individual or mutual, for its adequate creation from the Heavenly Father. As a rule, the blessing is obtained by soliciting from God on one's own, and in the most important cases with the assistance of the priest, in special cases the blessing is granted by/via the Teacher
The food is blessed before the beginning of the meal. At this time everyone mentally or by mutual wish one for all the table asks the Heavenly Father to bless food and those who partake it. This arbitrary appeal to God may sound approximately like this: 'Bless, my Lord, this food to strengthen our forces in a motion along the Path of Light, in excellent creation in Thy Glory, for good of our brothers and sisters and of Mother-Earth! Amen.'
The liturgy is a peculiar sacrament of a mutual organized praising of the God's Name via singing of church songs (psalms) and ritual actions which allow more fully to feel the Unity with God, with his(her) brothers and sisters.
The liturgy is carried out by priests with the co-operation of specially prepared church choir.
The Christening is the most responsible individual sacrament. This is a sacrament of acceptance of the responsibility to God for one's worthy motion along the Faith Path, for the irreproachable accomplishment of the Divine Commandments, of the responsibility for all that takes place on the Earth.
During this sacrament a significant purification of the believer's soul by the current of the Holy Spirit takes place and the most favourable opportunity of motion along the chosen Path is created. If, however, the baptized one consciously infringes the Commandment concluded with God, the heavy accumulations of his(her) return to him(her) anew, but multiplied many times.
That is why a sufficiently serious stage of the Faith conception, of the strengthening of the believer's conscience in the truth of the chosen Path and of the achievement of the advanced aspiration in the motion along it should preceed the baptization.
Presently the Unifying Faith adepts are still on the stage of entering into it. Therefore the baptization rite by the sign of the cross of the Unifying Faith has not been conducted for the 5time being.
The Church Feast-days
Our Church is very young. Its ecclesiastical and cultural traditions are only beginning to form. For the present we celebrate:
The Feast-day of Renascence and Unification. It take place in the beginning of April. It is devoted to Rebirth of The Unified Family, to the unity of God's Children, rushed to Light.
The Announcement Day. This feast-day is devoted to the outset of the open announcement of the Word of the Accomplishment to the beginning of motion of the Word Alive on the Earth. It is celebrated on the 18 of August in honour of the first open Vissarion sermon.
The Feast-day of Marriage Ceremony. It takes place 2 times a year, in spring and in autumn. The rite of the marriage ceremony described earlier is the foundation of the feast-day. The couples wishing to celebrate the Day of their families formation gather together to celebrate the occasion.
Resurrection of Christ. Every Sunday is revered as a feast-day devoted to God, personal contact with Nature, to domestic intercourse.
During the Church feast-days the liturgies, sacred Circles, songs and dances from ecclesiastical traditions of different times and peoples, joint meals, games of trust and of union, folk-lore actions according to the themes of the feast-day take place.
