R.B.S. Goh ACIS MCR

Ben Goh has extensive compliance and management experience of life assurance and pensions, unit trusts, PEP's, BES companies, offshore and collective investment schemes, investment banking and investment management.  He has led many compliance conferences and training seminars.

He has acted in a compliance consultancy capacity to a number of organisations including National Westminster Bank plc and British Airways Pensions Investment Management Limited.

He is currently Secretary to the Compliance Register and a member of the Financial Services Panel of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Jacqueline C. Gooch MAAT MCR

Jacqueline Gooch has extensive compliance experience of IMRO regulated investment management companies.  She has passed the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) which is the IMRO approved benchmark examination for Investment Managers.

For over ten years she held a senior compliance position with WorldInvest Limited, an institutional investment manager.  She has also undertaken contract and project work with City based Global Investment Management companies

Miles B.D. Halford MA FCA MSI

Miles was for nine years a senior executive of the Council of The Stock Exchange in the days before "Big Bang".

For over five years he was the compliance officer of the London investment banking subsidiaries of IMI, the major Italian financial institution.  He has spent some years as a consultant on securities industry regulation, mostly with Touche Ross.  He is a member of the Securities Houses Compliance Officers Group.

G. Ronald Smith MBE LLB CA

Ronald Smith was for five years a senior executive of IMRO during the formative time in which IMRO was developing its rules and regulatory approach.

For many years prior to joining IMRO, he held senior positions in the international accounting firm Ernst & Whinney's (now Ernst & Young) continental European operations.
