Highest Law of the Empress Anna Ioannovna in 1737:
…IN THE BLUE FIELD THE HORN OF PLENTY WITH DIFFERENT EARS FALLING OUT OF IT WHICH MEANS THE PLENTY OF FIELDS AROUND THE TOWN.
The coat-of-arms became official again according with the decision of the Town Duma of Kungur in 1994 and was registrated by the State Geraldic Commission of the President of RF.
