Article 38. The basis of recognizing of Company by inconsistent (bankrupt)
The basis of recognizing of Company by court by the bankrupt or declaration by it about the bankruptcy, and also the order of liquidation is in this case installed by the law of Russian Federation on insolvency (bankruptcy).
