Hereinafter referred to as "Participants", have concluded the present Agreement as follows:
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The parties have agreed to act by the participants of Company with Limited Liability "N", hereinafter referred to as "Company", (phrase - further follows is underlined in the text - necessary for organizations, which will be re-registered. Iit is not necessary for new companies) created as the limited liability Company "X" and registered Registration Chamber (Registration number ________ date), which constituent documents are indicated in the correspondence with the Civil Code of Russian Federation and Federal Law " About Companies with Limited Liability ", and the name to change on above-stated.

1.3. The company is the legal person in the correspondence with the current legislation of Russian Federation.
The company has the right to have in the property, economic management the isolated property and answers under the obligations by this property, can on its own behalf acquire and to realize the property and personal non-property rights, to bear responsibility, to execute the responsibilities connected to a realization of activity, not prohibited by the current legislation of Russian Federation, to be the claimant and respondent in courts of the general jurisdiction, arbitration and arbitration courts.

The company has round stamp with the name, title block, trade-mark and other attributes of the legal person.
The company has the right to open in established by the legislation of Russian Federation the order settlement and other accounts(invoices) in credit organizations both on territory of Russian Federation, and on territory of any foreign states.
1.4. The company in the activity is guided by the legislation of Russian Federation, Charter and Constituent Agreement.
