1996 verbündeten sich Ian Gillan und der in Holland geborene Rapper
Ray Slijngaard. Gemeinsam fabrizierten sie diverse Rap-Versionen vom
größten Purple-Hit. Diese wurden dann 1998 in Japan auf
CD veröffentlicht.
Rap, Techno oder andere Arten von künstlicher "Elektronik-Recycling-Mucke"
können mich ja nun überhaupt nicht erwärmen, trotzdem finde
ich diese Scheibe ganz witzig. Wahrscheinlich macht es der elektrische
Gitarrensound und die bekannte Melodie.
