Life makes a man, a man makes life

Education is a process aimed at the creation of the society.

We mean not only professional education, but education of a person as a whole - his knowledge, feelings, ability to manage with the information, activity in solving social problems.

Problems of the modern society are problems of a Man. Deideologisation and depolitisation of a Man are ideology and policy. It is an ideology of a social emptiness, it is a violation of a natural law to cognize life and actively participate in it. Today we see a society, where a person usually has only professional knowledge and doesn't understand the world he lives, doesn't know what in our life follows objective laws and what - desires of the persons and groups.

Today we lives in a world, where we can feel intensive influence of the information at the person. Mass media can act destructively. A man can't understand himself and the surrounding world. The result is - mental diseases, loss of the interest to life, alcoholism, suicides and so on.

In the nowadays society model of passive-consumption existence is formed for the people. From the other side the cult of false and vain activity is impressed in the mentality. While harmonious personality should have active and contemplative sides balanc ed.

In the nowadays society the right understanding of a beauty - as a highest form of expedience, the right line in unity and struggle of contraries, is destroyed.

The highest destination of a person - freedom, got through creative self-realization - is seriously limited in nowadays society. Creation and freedom is replaced by illusion of creation and illusion of freedom.

A harmonious man should investigate and realize the problem, find the best way to express his decision, then actualize it. At the same time he should be concerned with saving and consolidating of balance of Man, Nature and Society.

On these base principles we try to organize our educational activity in Youth University of Modern Socialism, to attract young people.

We think, that these principles in the best way are developed within the framework of socialist doctrine, its developing and promulgating we consider as our aims.
