Conveyor screws |
The screw conveyor is a continuously operating transporter based on a screw that rotates in a closed chute. It can rotate in the right or left direction. In the conveyors having the screw diameter 200 and 315 mm, the screw spiral can be either made solid or assembled from blades that are firmly fixed on the shaft of the screw forming a screw line. In the conveyors having the screw diameter 400 mm, the screw spiral is made solid. |

The conveyors are supplied in unified sections that have loading and unloading ducts according to the customer's requirements. The length of the conveyors is from 3 to 30 m. The output of grain is from 6 to 80 mt/h, that of flour - from 5.3 to 45 mt/h. At the customer's request, systems of screw conveyors consisting of three conveyors positioned either in a triangle in the vertical plane or in a row in the horizontal plane can be supplied. These systems are assembled from unified sections and have a common drive. The Belaya Kholunitsa Works also produces the screw conveyors R3-DKV for manufacturers of mixed fodder. |
