Today we can see some dynamics at work in our interrelations with authorities. It has been before the case that they either did not notice us or showed disregard toward us. I think the reason for that is not only that we became active and conspicuous. The complex situation, in which regional state commercial ecologies find themselves functioning (endless restructuring, downsizing, changing of the functions themselves, insufficient financing and etc., etc.),

forces them to seek allies and partners. We understand this reality and show no grudge - meet their needs. In our opinion, we need to use the so-called administrative resource and we do it by entering their programs, getting information from them. We invite each other to the events - seminars, meetings. By the way, authorities themselves seek additional resources and we - Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs), of course, present such a resource. And I think it wouldn't have been wise not to respond..
We have not yet found ourselves in the situation, which would have demanded straining of the relations. Probably, it depends mostly on what the organization does, who its leaders and what psychological characteristics of the concrete person are. There are people conflict from nature, and they choose spheres of their actions, which are also conflict. We are psychologically determined in such a way that we try not to get into the like matters. In general, this is almost the policy of the organization. To be absolutely honest, this is how it stays. The reverse situation would be destructive to us. Besides, to make our enlightenment activity effective we have to be friendly and cooperate with everyone. At the same time we state respect to such organizations, which as, for example, "Keepers of Rainbow" or the movement "For chemical safety" are involved in protest activity. They do it competently, and we are ready to help them in information aspect. They must exist, otherwise ecological movement, as a whole, can't achieve its set goals. And we will videotape them and show to the society, for we consider that ecological education must include information about ways and methods of actions undertaken by the ecological non governmental organizations. People must know what and how can be done within the frame of civic society. Back
